CLUTCH IN HOME
No matter what point of your adventure with the sport you are now. You do not need to spend millions on training regularly and looking great. You do not even need a gym pass. Just enough space, a pair of training shoes and a sports bra to get started. Shoes are so important that they protect your joints and help you maintain balance and cushion and give you comfort. When buying them do not look at fashion but functionality. Trends will start to come into life by buying new leggings as a reward for the first month of regular training. Make sure you are not hungry. It is best to eat a small meal an hour before workout after a longer meal waits two hours. You do not need any extra equipment, just a piece of flooring in your home. Your body weight is enough for proper training. If you feel you are ready, you can always increase the difficulty level and turn up the speed.
Stop worrying that the family members will start looking at you strangely. Maybe they will join you soon.
REMEMBER ON WARMING
Before you start training, do not forget to warm up. A warm-up should be performed before each training program. All you have to do is spend 5-10 minutes on it. Remember that you have to take care not only of your body but also of your mind. After each workout, look in the mirror with a gracious eye, knowing that every change takes time. Often tell yourself that you are able to achieve goals and in spite of small stumble you are not going to give up. Time to get to the gym and money saved on the internet, spend on something that will make you happy. It may be a shower in your favorite toiletries, a hairdresser’s visit, a massage, a dinner at your favorite restaurant, a bath in the comfort of your home, and even a relaxing book on the couch. Use this time to set new goals, because healthy egoism is needed for every woman. Just as important is sleep, during which you regenerate the longest.
